Hello Dr. The weigh is really low. My question is: Does it work for growing forearm or just improving strenght?
Can the ribs act as a fulcrum for the lats in the saggital plane or is it a lever and the shoulder is the fulcrum?
Great question! The ribs are levers attached to the spine, and the costal-vertebral joint is the hinge point, and thus the vertebra is the fulcrum. Another reason spinal stability at the individual, as well as global, level is very important.

You are absolutely correct! This workout is meant to supplement your strength training that we should be doing in our line of work. I would recommend 2-3x per week of strength training, and 2-3x per week of cardio/interval workouts. I made this workout for the 2-3x of cardio/interval. I need to re-edit this clip to communicate that better. Thanks for the input! Dr. Ross
Yeah, you are right. I have a few athletes who call it this just for ease of remembering. So I wanted to keep the nomenclature the same for them.
