4.4 will bring the Liyue and Fontaine connection during Lantern Rite. 4.5 will probably bring the Mondstadt/Fontaine connection during the Windblume update. In between isn't Natlan, Natlan is connected to the Sumeru desert.
Ohhh duh that would make sense about Natlan 😅
Between Sumeru and Fontaine is Bayda Port, Chenyu vale will go south of the Fontaine tower and Lumidouce Port. Dorman Port will most likely be northeast of Mondstadt city accompanied by probably the windwall lowlands. Natlan is a guesstimate but people are theorizing a large seperate island West of Fontaine with a land section connected to the Hypostasis desert. Natlan is a guess but the rest arent spoilers, existing lore aims at those locations
