I couldn't get the Daken builds to work for me, think I was just on a bad stretch of luck with those lists. Definitely had a lot more fun today... 😏

@@ronin5402 You could try something like Rocket Raccoon or Antman but it’ll definitely be a downgrade. Plus you won’t have a great way of contesting your Iron patriot lane a lot of the times without Bob.

@@tobywilson8551 It definitely did. I didn’t realize til after editing the video. (Pinned comments) I still should have played one of the Titanias before the Hit monkey, so that the last Titania pulled her back to my side. It all worked out though.

@@BetarayBillLover Yeah…I’m definitely not looking forward to splitting newer cards with the old rates. I believe the rates are going to be adjusted once again when Masteries finally arrive soon.

@@richieagame503 Before splitmas I rarely hit combos. Not looking forward to these old rates, especially as i start to split new cards. ( Got Galacta and Doom 2099 ready for the next one )

@PerryNecessary yea I hit some but like considered good splits. But since splitmas ended one combo out of 15 ish splits. But have got a lot of inked and a few gold. Couple Kirby with prism.

I really wish I had time to stream, but work schedule is so hectic. It’s hard enough right now just finding time to play, much less record. @@FilmColossus I typically prefer the cosmic borders. Gold Cosmic is my favorite border in the game, hands down.

@ nice! I really like the concept of gold cosmic but keep going back and forth on cosmic and metallics and seriously can’t make up my mind. I thought initially I’d just gold cosmic everything (slowly) but something about the metallics keeps calling to me

@ The metallics are really nice. Every card is situational. I think the gold metallic borders make your gold split cards look really nice. Same thing with the silver metallic for ink splits. You can’t go wrong with what you choose!

NOMADS here! It’s in the contract! Must subscribe and like every video lol jk. Peni is definitely not a must have in the list by any means. I do really like Frigga though for those extreme high rolls, but again not a must for the list.

@@Blazer1988 Definitely one of the strongest decks, but I think it’s shining a little more right now with the low tech in doom 2099 decks currently. Gotten whooped myself by the decks running heavy tech as well.

@aftabhumayoun5174 You could throw in US Agent. That’s what people were playing instead of Peni Parker. Or you could Chunk in Alioth. Similiar versions of list have cosmo and Alioth teched in.

I know the sizers bounce I just hate this deck not because I don’t know how to play but I face it everytime and you have no idea what to do against it

@@APSx_ Unfortunately, this is one of those times where there’s not a card that can replace them. This deck really only wins by scamming 2 lanes. So without cannonball and Rg to help win those lanes, the deck would not be able to perform at all.

Those 2 cards sadly have no replacements in probably every single deck they’re in

@@APSx_ I don't know why, but for some reason my mind changed RG to US Agent when you asked lol. RG is obviously great in the meta, but could be swapped out for something else. You could slot in another tech card like Negasonic, rogue, etc. Or you could put Magik in the deck, but there's an entirely different build for that style. So yeah, definitely my bad on that one. Cannonball definitely can't be replaced, but could get by with no RG.

@@Arrogance222 I’ve been enjoying having Copy cat slotted in today. Honestly with so many mirrors; 2099, skrull, and Doom seems to be all that matters, everything else has just been filler.

@@PerryNecessary I hadn't used her since the nerf, but there was a game where my doom got leech'd and copycat hit my opponent's doom. Doom 2099 is doing for single cards what Thena did for 2 per turn.

Subs for galacta and SSM?

@@kron1167 Galacta is hard to sub because she provides a ton of power over time, but I think Blue Marvel might be a good swap. SSM is actually surprisingly useful because he doesn't take up a spot on the board, but he really only sees use here and there. You can lean into something like Spectrum or go with another tech option that you like.

@@abeyamaj You can, will be less consistent in this specific build, but it’s definitely an option.

I played with Jubilee and was debating Blink, but the deck works just fine with Jubilee. Made it to Infinite no problem.

Early on, I live streamed on twitch, but ended up sticking strictly to UA-cam. I have a crazy work schedule that doesn't allow me to have any sort of consistent schedule. ( I am on twitter obviously, but that is solely for viewer submissions.) As far as split-mas. There's no telling for me personally whether they were active or not. I know they just released the new split rates odds on discord today.

@@APSx_ Not a must have to play Doom 2099. But it can definitely be a game changer when it enables you to play 2099 a turn early. I think psylocke enables your turn 3 Doom 2099 a lot more often than the Zabu does.

@@PerryNecessaryok thanks i was a bit worried zabu would be a must. just realized i had a card pinned in my shop on accident and zabu is the only series 4 i’m missing somehow lol

@@APSx_ Zabu is definitely a solid card to have in your collection in general, but I think you can definitely run 2099 decks without him if you have to.
