Added a 30ah tank battery to my Ariel Rider X-Class! Also designed a custom steel plate for mounting. Have almost a total of 50 amp hours now, so no more range anxiety here!

Just having some fun with the X-Class by swapping out a couple parts. Trying out a new seat from Hipofighter18 on eBay and a RadRunner console top I found on eBay. Still keeping the other seat and tank bag as I like that look a little better, but this is a fun twist.

I did it and it sync to the wristband and now I can’t use the master key and when I try to sync it back to the admin key it doesn’t make the 5 beeps no matter how long I hold it on

What are the keys you have connected to the rfid for?
Can you also program an iPhone as a key? I thought I saw someone say that online
tried.. no luck.. Others have tried with both iphone and android didn't work.
Thinking about a battery upgrade/blender. What did you wire the blender through? I see most people button a U shape in the cover, or just leaving two screws off.

If you do this with the wrist band, does the master key fob still work on it?
It does - both master keys are still fine and work as they should. The ONLY difference is, you can't use your new keys to make additional keys... you have to still use the Master keys to make those. I now have both master keys, which I leave at home, and three wristband keys, and I even made some card keys using writable blank S50 cards I also got from Amazon and I keep one of those in my wallet just as a backup on the road.
I just watched a dude make two separate key cards in like 1 min AND all four worked

@@DX48H9WM alibaba, is that not in China= I talked with the guy for talaria in China, he did not dare to ship it to me or to Hong Kong and say he will get punish tax if he tries to ride over the dealers in EU shipping directly to private customers himself from Talaria in China

Did you upgrade to the Jack Cecil/Horsepower logic controller & display? (Am wondering if your X-class 52V is a V2 and not V1) Because on the HPlogic website, it doesn't say if the Jack Cecil controller/display is compatible with with X-Class V2. Please mention if if is compatible. I'm thinking of eventually upgrading to it also, but want to be sure it is compatible before I purchase it because it says in the description "Non refundable".
Very nice.. Can you say if the upgraded things for the X class may be applied to the AR Kepler? The display and controller I mean. These bikes are almost the same already.

Very interested in the vent cover for the controller, and also a battery blender please. Can you please recommend a 60v battery for the Xclass? I have the 52v battery, can I combine the stock one with a 60v battery?

@@mrnewyorkcity7 that would be a hard choice between this controller and the 3000w kit! I went with the controller cause it was cheaper! I’m a UA-camr “electrified Latina” and still waiting for Jack Cecil’s controller to arrive so that I can make a video immediately!
@@electrifiedlatina6871 agree with you..all i need is 40+mph i don't need more speed .. my bike is mess up after ariel replace the controller and battery now all i get is 27mph and no torque ..unfortunately ariel support been giving me the email us 300 vid we don't know was going on answer.... !! probably the battery is unbalance or something .... never the less I need a bike nyc you cant drive to much traffic & taking the subway is like getting ready to go war with all this mentally disturbed...lol
