It was close until the end, Ags just ran out of steam on defense and couldn’t do anything on offense. Irish did what they wanted on their last couple drives.

@@Texag64 I can't deny it... our stadium atmosphere is not at the level of TAM and I would not consider our atmosphere "hostile". That's coming from 11 years of Brian Kelly though. Now we have a much younger, personable and harder working HC that is transforming the program from top to bottom. It's coming but our atmosphere isn't on TAM level yet.

I’m a bit biased but there’s nowhere quite like Aggieland on a Saturday. Nothing but respect for y’all and your team though, and the Irish I talked to were all great. We’re not huge fans of Kelly either now that he’s at LSU.

@kenbecker8410 to give a little context, the school did away with Power because of Kanye West' political stance. Bringing it back because the fan base demanded it shows that they understand what the fans want is more important than a virtue signal.

@@josecuellar3620 you did not read the context. Texas A&M banned Power because of Kanye West' political views. We have had this entrance song since 2013. We went without it all of last year and the entrance they provided was weak at best. The finally listened to the fan base and we got Power back. So this was more of a win for the people who actually pay for the stadium. Yes we want to win, this was a victory for the shareholders. It may seem petty to you but it is what it is.

It’s like nothing else.

It wasn’t a whoopin’. It was a defensive battle. Both teams made some mistakes and ND happened to come out on top. I’ve been an ND fan since 1990 and I’ve seen them lose so many of these types of games so it was nice to see them win one for once. A&M has a good team and they’ll be just fine.

A&M has a great atmosphere that’s why college football is still way better than the NFL go Irish

It’s called “flight hours”. They gotta fly somewhere to get them. May as well be over 100,000 fans.

From what I understand these hours count towards the required flight hours that all pilots must complete. It's not adding any extra costs other than what would otherwise be spent, and if anything is a better use of those funds as it provides entertainment to many.
