      @Raven-ul3cu you clearly have no idea about the history of the Bible or where it even came from. so please go ahead and form us what religion was the Bible copied from. if the answer to Christianity was that simple I don't think there would be Christians. imagine thinking that writing one sentence is going to solve the most complex answer in the universe. imagine being that actually arrogant.. brother you're arrogant shows through your sentence nobody's going to be listening to what you just said. atheism is the stupidest worldview out there. by all means please I would love to debate you anytime regarding presuppositional apologetics. go ahead and Google those words I know you don't know what it means.

      Yes, a luxury is considered a thing the “higher ones” have and the “lower ones” do not. And it’s used in a way that people get taken advantage of because they think something is luxurious when in fact it isn’t.

    I was also a vegan for a while when I was young. I did not know nothing about nutrition. I was told all the plants are good and they provide you with everything you need. So I dived in without any training. After few months I became weak and I looked gaunt. So I ditched veganism. I could have also made a youtube clip how veganism is not what it is claimed to be because I had all the reasons. Fast forward few years. I gained knowledge on nutrition and cooking and I realised how stupid my attempt to veganism was. It was just ridiculous 😅 I was basically wasting my time on kale smoothies, chickpeas pathies, spinache quiche etc. But I did not know any better. I was young following the loudest vegan influencers out there. Now I know they don't know sh*t Veganism only works if you rely heavily on starch. Potatoes, barley, oats, cornmeal, beans and rice. This is your staple. Learn to love it. You start minimalistically. You built from starch up. Everything is just there to make starch tasty. You make simple, nutritiously dense meals. Breakfast: cooked oats with tofu and nuts. Add fruits on the side with soy yoghurt. Lunch: rice with beans with fried tomatoes/onions/garlic/mushrooms on the side. Dinner: fruits. That's it. You got all your essential macros covered. From there you progress upward. Maybe throw some frozen veggies to that pan with tomatoes etc. I've been now vegan for 5 years I feel great. Skin cleared from lifelong acne. Bloodwork looks phenomenal. Very much in shape. I do calisthenics plus sprinting every day. Last year I took a week trip to the mountains. They did not have much vegetables there. But they had oats, beans and bananas. So I made a huge pot out of them and I ate only that in the morning and in the evening. I conquered mountains on this dish. Friends thought I was on drugs. There was one carinvore with us. He couldn't keep up with me. Nothing beats starch. Basic biochemistry. Eliud Kipchoge, the guy who broke the 2 hour limit of a marathon, so-called "human limit", did it on cornmeal. Saved ton of money on veganism too. It's soooo cheap. Nobody charges you for a bag of milled corn. And as for guilt. I don't agree with you. What you did was just reasoning yourself out of guilt because you like meat. But that's ok, you're young. I myself, love animals and I would see myself as a hypocrite if I would be contributing to their unnecessary suffering while at the same time claiming I love them. It's just a matter of principles.

    • @leons.place.youtube
      @leons.place.youtube 13 днів тому

      You got it right. It’s all just a matter of principles at the end of the day. Ofc it’s important to have enough knowledge and maybe experience in this to live a long and healthy vegan life. I’ll definitely give it another try one day when my body is no longer in its developing stage. Thanks a lot for the interesting insights, I highly appreciate your comment.

  • @Veganasty

    As long as one is eating animal products, one is polluting the blood and blocking insulin receptors. That makes the body no longer being able to digest healthy foods like vegetables and fruits. There is no lies about that you are eating bad energy. Have you looked in a slaughter house? And don’t come up with nonsense that flowers are screaming! Aren’t you just being weak and too immature to feed yourself healthy? Plants and trees makes fruits to be eaten. You should feel guilty about abusing animals, don’t you think? You don’t feel guilty murdering your dog and eat it? Stop bla bla bla, talking too much nonsense, only trying to find excuses for being a weakling giving in to your addiction of eating corpses and breastfeeding from a cow. Why are here? Telling people to murder animals? Negative energy. In my opinion you are just fake !

    As a vegetarian of 20 years, I totally agree with your assessment of the spirituality argument. The idea of "energy" in food, either dead or alive, is total quackery. You're also very right about the dangers of certain types of vegan diets like fruitarianism. I have seen people destroy their bodies this way. For me though, the reason I have stayed vegetarian for so long is due to ethics. I do think there is such a thing as right and wrong, and I personally would like to minimize my harm on the world in any way that I can. Your statement of "You should never feel guilty about eating anything" is flat out dead wrong. Is it right to eat human flesh? Is it right to eat your pet cat? We as a society draw lines on what is right or wrong to eat as far as certain types of meat goes, because we put value on certain lives over others. I put a value on all lives equally, and to me, anything that has a consciousness deserves to live its life to the fullest. Another life does not have to die for my life to continue. Also, minimizing animal products in your diet is the best way to lower your carbon footprint, and as someone who cares a lot about climate change and tries to do everything I can to minimize my carbon footprint, that is very important to me. Lastly, as the other commenter mentioned, minimizing animal products also provides the healthiest diet possible in the long term. There may be some conditions or phases of life that need meat to be healthy, but if you want to live the longest and healthiest life possible, minimizing animal products is the way go. I do understand the struggle though, especially as a growing teen. You need a high quality nutrient rich diet, and meat is the easiest way to get that. What's right for me may not be right for you, but I just thought I would provide my thoughts and experience, and wish you the best of luck in your search for truth and knowledge.

      I agreed I am 29 years old man all my life vegetarian. I have recently started thinking about eating meat but I am confused and nervous and I will probably not do it because it's about ethics and I don't want to kill an animal.... Then he said you should never feel guilty..but it's obvious that we have to draw a line. After all ethics and morals make us human. Otherwise we are same as other animals.... what's the difference?!

    • @leons.place.youtube
      @leons.place.youtube 13 днів тому

      Yes, at the end of the day it’s all up to a persons own morals and philosophy. However it is not possible to live a 100% morally correct life. What we as humans can do is be ourselves and stand for our own morals and define you not judge other people with different opinions on such things.

    • @leons.place.youtube
      @leons.place.youtube 13 днів тому

      Thank you so much for the comment, I highly appreciate it. You got it right, I was just a teen going into veganism out of hate and not love towards myself or animals. As I said in the end I for sure will try veganism or vegetarianism out again, now that I now more and I am a little wiser. However that will be when my body has fully developed. Thank you for the interesting insights and holding space. As I said I believe every diet is totally valid if it's mostly natural and unprocessed with proper nutrients, so no one should be judged. At the end of the day it's up to each persons own morals and what they believe is right, but as we all know - bad and good are things humans decide for themselves and it is certainly not possible to live 100% morally correctly. What is good to one person is bad to another. I got a little philosophical but since you wrote such a thoughtful and long comment I thought l'd answer with this. (that's why I love UA-cam hahaha you could never do this anywhere else) have a lovely day and thanks a lot. 🤍

      @@leons.place.youtube Hi, I'm actually deciding between going vegan or remaining a meat eater so your video seems to have come at a good time. Hi, I’m a doctor and yes some of the things about new age spirituality is completely wrong but what you’re saying about spirituality and vegetarianism is wrong too. I don’t encourage my patients to stop eating meat but studies are actually very clear that a high green/high fiber diet is very very good for you. This is why doctors recommend the Mediterranean diet.

    • @leons.place.youtube
      @leons.place.youtube 15 днів тому

      You’re right. However I don’t know in what ways this contradicts the video? I mentioned an organic omnivorous diet made up of Whole Foods like meat, nuts, vegetables, fruits etc… that includes the Mediterranean diet. I literally said the same thing in other words. 🙏

    • @truthofevolution
      @truthofevolution 15 днів тому

      @ my apologies. I don’t meant to imply that you are supporting a meat only diet. That was a separate point from what I was disagreeing with. But I can see how I did not properly clarify. Your diet mixed vegetable/meat is absolutely appropriate to support. I have no arguments about that. But my point of contention had to do with your experience being a vegan not having enough nutrition: a vegan and vegetarian can absolutely get appropriate nutrition while growing up. You just need to do it properly. Just like you can have a mixed diet and still not have appropriate nutrition. I grew up vegetarian for cultural reasons and I grew up fine. Also, I was talking about the spirituality point you made about plants making pleasant frequencies or whatever. That’s just subjective interpretation. We know that plants don’t have a nervous system and are not sentient at the level that animals are.

    As for Katy Perry, we were all rooting for her to reach her mainstream status again after her Witness & Smile era where fans considered it her "flop era", tho they're still very great albums. We were all expecting her to release bops that sounded like her 2010s songs but instead we got generic-commercialized pop this 2024. The newest album had so much potential to be her "bop after flops" era but i don't think she'll release music that would top her authentic 2010s pop songs anymore. But if she did, that would be so so so cool

      I waited for it too until dr luke. I even tried to listen to the album but the lyrics and overall production is not giving.

    Born This Way, not Bor To Die, otherwise a very good video!

      I know🤣🤣 I noticed that too when editing the video but I decided to just keep it and show the record as a picture so people know what’s up, thanks for mentioning it!

    I think to know and embody all of this (authenticity, trusting your intuition, shock factor etc...) at your age is genuinely incredible! Great video, have liked and subbed :).
