My boyfriend and i split finances like this: i pay for my plane ticket to see him and then he pays for food/activities for us to do and then the other way when he visits me. That way we dont have to spend so much money at once and we get to save up money easier

It varies depending on the time of year. My ticket was only £400, and like ''Shqiperia'' says, without a hotel to find and book, it's a lot cheaper, and actually a decent price, you only need the extra cash for spends/dates etc.

Well, how much does a airplane ticket cost? a thousand dollars? around there, depending where you live. If the girl is letting you sleep in her house, you don't have to spend much, just on the lunch and dates you'll be taking her, depending for how long your staying. Definitely a less than $2,000 dollars
