Yes I didn’t say it but the John Stuart Reid recommends specific headphones - Beyer DT 770 Pro. 32 ohms for android/PC and 80 ohms for apple products. They are about $150ish

if you value yourself by cultural norms, you will never be free. economically we are slaves from the economic system which is managed by fake currency created by banks out of thin air. This gives power to make you do things you would never do if you could provide as a tribe for yourself. The culture of looks is so stupidand causing harm even to those who have the so called beauty, but those not having the ideal physique are suffering so much more. I know a lot of 50 yr old woman who are grey and i like how it looks. I am fully grey since 50 yrs old and don't perticularly like the color as it ages my looks a lot in my case.

You are right. Unfortunately we live in a society that tells women the opposite. Most women fall victim to this whether they know better or not and this is the purpose of our podcast. Yes, we have doubted our beauty, we are human, so we have to constantly remind ourselves of what true beauty is and we hope that’s the message we delivered.

True beauty is emanated from your true character, not nose jobs, not makeup, not obsession with you outer self. You both are attractive woman, you just do not believe it or perceive it.

Now that you said it, it is super obvious that I need to water my compost. Thank you! I wash, lightly toast, then grind the egg shells. This has provided awesome results. I wait until I have a huge bag of toasted shells then I use a coffee grinder.
