Even the software that you use with this keyboard doesn't make much sense.

do any other red dragonkeyboards have the ‘the key has two functions holding down is one type and clicking is one type.’? for instance, you could bind that ‘clicking’ left control would make it so you the click the button for crouch and holding left control would make you go prone. that is just too cool!

I have this mouse and the software will not detect the mouse. I have the correct M811 RGB Pro software but it does not recognize the mouse and says it is disconnected even though it is connected via USB cable. I've tried in all modes, OFF, ECO and 2.4

Gostaria de relatar um problema que ocorreu com meu teclado Redragon Fizz K617 RGB. Ao instalar o software para modificar as cores do teclado, acabei acidentalmente pressionando a opção de reset, e desde então o teclado não está mais funcionando corretamente. Estou entrando em contato para solicitar orientação sobre como resolver esse problema e restaurar o funcionamento adequado do meu teclado. Existe alguma maneira de reverter o reset ou alguma outra solução que eu possa aplicar?

I have been using a Redragon Vata keyboard for a month with no problem. I bought it from a well-known webshop in Hungary. I also ordered a K585 Diti gaming keyboard from your webshop. RED#86573 After installing Redragon K585RGB Keyboard software my K580 Vata keyboard stopped working properly. It seems the firmware update of K585 Diti keyboard has messed with the Vata keyboard's firmware. Only half of the keys are lighting up, strangely only those same keys, which are on the Diti keyboard. Is there a way to hard reset or reisntall the original firmware of the K580 Vata keyboard?

This company is awful, they are misleading in marketing, software, instruction manuals -- everything. K671 keyboard, advertised as customizable/programmable, but it's -- not -- letting you customize key colors. It's ridiculous.

I got these switches recently, and I have to say I'm very impressed with redragon. There is almost no stem wobble, and they are really really smooth being factory lubed. They feel and sound better than Gateron red to me.

I like the mouse (I have it in fact) and it's as good as Logitech or Razer mouses, it was amazing to buy it. In fact, I have my Logitech 703 Lightspeed under the bed because this one feels better.
