I realize I am commenting on a video that was made a year ago, so I doubt I'll receive a response, but it's worth a try. I found this video because I was trying to find a how to video regarding this emergency power station that I purchased last night at walmart for twenty dollars plus tax. A hand cranked flashlight as well as a combination hand cranked flashlight/radio is nothing new, and I have actually purchased 2 hand cranked flashlight/radio's over the past 20 years for about $10. I still have one of these prior purchases stored in a dry box at my campsite on my gold mining claim. The reason I bought this specific item last night was solely for the fact that this product claimed you could charge/power devices such as cell phones and laptops. I was extremely confused and frustrated when I opened the box up and found that the Micro USB cord does NOT even plug into this device period??? Am I missing something that should have been included?
