What is the best way to powder coat buckshot: using a vibrator like Wade does, using a rotary tumbler, or shaking in a #5 container?

What brand of powder coating was your red from? I bought some flame red from Eastwood, tumbled them, heated them at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and they came out dark purple. This happened twice. Their blues, neon greens, and pinks came out fine.

Are you using the nail polish with black powder or smokeless loads?

I did an experimenting a few years ago with a classically loader that my fold crimp looked like garbage. I ran them under my four pin like you did and they turned out really nice

How far was the target?

I did that with one of the rifles I bought that needed a lot of work and it is so satisfying that bolt and barrel looked great

I often wondered if guys didn’t adjust powder coating a such to accommodate the fit into certain wads. Thank you Roger kind of verifies my thought with pellets gaining. .001 -.002” during powder coating . Really enjoy the videos!!

Just started using learning chips.from the dollar store for 10 gauge. They must be more durable than your bingo chips. I can beat on them pretty good and they don't brake.... 75 for $1.25

Rodger, I know this is a older video, but that 4 pin roll crimper is sold by Reloader Network not Precision Reloading . I have the 12 gauge 4 pin and 410 3 pin roll crimpers and hull vices from Reloader Network and they make Beautiful Roll Crimps ! Sadly Reloader Network is no longer selling them .
