Hello Mark, I have been watching some of your videos and find them very interesting but I wanted some advice with a polo 2011 1.4, I need to swap out the engine ECU with a used unit what would be the procedure, I have IM608 and the other tools you show in the videos but not done any thing like this before if you could help me, please.

My R60 is making a "fizzing" sound when I put the key in and try to start and something is running down the battery and triggers it. ???

Could that be the reason why sometimes my car turns on and automatically turns off

My car has said alarm fault for ages and doesnt keep a battery longer than a few days if i dnt drive it, i done this and came out and the battery was totally flat 😢 i thought by cutting these wires it wld stop the battery feeding thro them to the faulty alarm system. Am at a loss now

Since I got my traffic III back from the Renault dealers only the key they had works. The other can only unlock doors manually and can't start the van. I suspect they reprogrammed the key they had which would have deleted my other key from the car's memory (if I understand right). I can demonstrate my other key transmits a very normal looking radio signal at ca. 433MHz but they are saying I'll need to get them to reprogramme the keys at a cost. Is there any way to see when the keys(s) were last reprogrammed?

had the issue with the r5 relay, where the car would just die super paranoid that it needed coding but you have removed all worries
