It's all personal preference at the and of the day and using diffusion obviously has it's time and place. Some people prefer to use it all the time, other's use it more intentionally. That's what makes art beautiful

@@Cabelius it's mainly the blooming in the bright parts/highlights of the image. You can clearly see it in the gast station shots. The easiest way to see it is by looking at the lights. Other than that, it also softens the entire image and decreases the contrast a bit. Hope this helps

If you consider the downsides of buying actual diffusion filters and the pro's of this software, it's worth the investment. If all you want to do is use 1 diffusion filter all the time, then obviously that's going to be the better option for you.

It definitely is a steep investment though, completely agree on that

How is this a controversial lens? Other than it being 'overpriced', I haven't seen that much controversial about it? Anyways, like you said it's a super fun lens and it doesn't take up much space in a camera bag so it'll go everywhere with me. One day I'll get the Leica haha. Thanks for watching!

@@bajbee350 I can imagine! Hard to decide with all this amazing gear these days. By your use case I’d go for the OP3 and Sony a6700. This way you’ll be able to shoot great vlogs, cinematics and photos! Bm4k will be too much of a hassle. I was debating on the Bm cinema cam 6k, but it just doesn’t fit my use case and workflow atm. It’s a very specific niche type of camera and is definitely not for everyone. It’s only a camera I’d have as a 3d camera in my kit. Hope this helps!

I didn't have enough time to play around with so I probably didn't understand the camera and how it feels shooting with it. I'd probably still love to have one in the future
