I would love to conduct an experiment with this instructor. I have an airsoft gun (so it's as authentic as possible without actually doing damage. I don't want to hurt him) and he trys taking it away. I know Krav Maga was developed specifically for unarmed combat against armed enemies. However, my experiment would be someone who knows what they're doing with a handgun vs the Krav Maga instructor. Maybe the instructor has a life time of Krav Maga training. I have 52 years of firearms training. Yeah, I started when I was 3. Served in the Marines, became a defensive pistol instructor after that. Have competed in IDPA and carry daily. I just want to see how effective Krav Maga is against someone that knows combat and is very well adapted to CQB. That's the experiment I want to do.

I'm 57 5'7", my spine is a mess, I'm in constant pain but I can still snap kick a 6' in the throat. But like he said, as you get older you want to bring it down. Thankfully I've only had to defend myself 3 times in the last 10 years. Just coz I'm old and grey doesn't mean I don't train and stretch as much as I can.
