​@@adventureswithalpha-gal1173 Thanks! I do appreciate your work because I don't do typical reaction and so I couldn't know carrageenan and natural flavours could make me sick. I have no itching, no red marks but I feel very bad and fall asleep. I am also very sensitiv to smels!! I don't see it comming, I can't even edentify the smell that I am feeling super drained or exhausted (the dose to make me sick is odorless). I would like to know if you experience the same things because with time it does make me suffer a lot. For example, I react severely to Cashmere and Wool, I can't even walk if I am next to someone that has a pullover with even 5% of Cashmere.

@@Brisou394 I don't have a fume reaction typically, but I have had some mild reaction. The symptoms I most associate with the fumes is difficulty breathing and clogged up nasal passages. Those case happens when I'm right by something that is cooking. I do know someone with a severe fume allergy. I will try and get a audio interview of his account with this allergy. I have sensitivities to leather and things like that. I swapped out the conventional leather belt for the groove life belt and it made a world of difference in my inflammation.

It is so hard! I'm sorry to hear you struggling! I've had my struggles too. Some days are better than others. That's why I've started trying to get information out there, there just isn't enough resources for us. If you haven't already there are good support groups on fb to help navigate the food issues and they have recipes that have helped bring joy back to food for me and my family.
