To get better at genji it’s ok to start out poking in a fight but u should use ur right click a lot more cause u need to be closer to get kills with him

You are doing good balancing your abilities, but you shouldn’t target tank as much as the squishies.

While watching both games I saw that you never use highgrounds. Not to be mean, but you are using two heroes that can wall climb for free. It is a passive ability and works anytime outside of being hacked by sombra. Your aim I saw was very good and controlling the high ground is very advantageous for people with good aim. One reason is that it makes it harder for people who can't climb walls to get to you. You said that Roadhog is hard for you to play against. Climbing to a higher position will mitigate that problem. For genji specifically, I would say to again use your wall climb but also use your melee. Genji has to get close to people in order to do decent damage. A good strategy for him is to climb a wall and go over a building and land on top of a squishy character like ana. You would try and headshot them with the fan of three shurikens to the head and follow up with a melee(you can do this in one animation if you get the timing right). That is the maximum damage that you can do in one animation. After that the hardest thing for me when learning genji was learning his dash distance. I do not know exactly how far it is, but learning the distance and having a mental awareness to know how far it goes is very helpful as it makes it easier to do the dash + fan + melee one shot combo. It is very hard to do, but it is very satisfying to do. My last thing would be to just watch unranked to gm's or high level streamers/content creators who play that character. Understand their plan and how they traverse the map and try and emulate what they are thinking.
