Isme raw materials ka ratio, mixing time, aur final product ka quality control shamil hai. 2. **Quality Control**: Engineer ko concrete ki quality ensure karni hoti hai. Iske liye, wo slump test, compressive strength test jaise tests conduct karte hain. Agar quality issues detect hote hain, to wo production process me necessary changes karte hain. 3. **Coordination**: Site engineer ko plant staff, delivery drivers, aur site supervisors ke sath proper coordination karna hota hai taki concrete ki timely aur accurate delivery ho sake. 4. **Material Management**: Raw materials (cement, sand, aggregates, etc.) ka stock management, procurement, aur usage tracking engineer ki zimmedari hoti hai. 5. **Safety Management**: Safety protocols ka palan karwana, workers ke liye safety equipment ka arrangement karna aur kisi bhi safety hazard ko promptly address karna bhi site engineer ki duty hai. 6. **Documentation and Reporting**: Daily production reports, material consumption reports, aur quality control reports prepare karna aur management ko submit karna bhi site engineer ka kaam hai. 7. **Maintenance Oversight**: RMC plant ki machinery aur equipment ke maintenance aur repair ke liye scheduling aur supervision bhi engineer ki zimmedari hoti hai. 8. **Technical Support**: Agar concrete mix design ya site conditions me koi technical issues aate hain, to site engineer unko resolve karta hai aur construction team ko technical support provide karta hai. Hello sir, mai bhut sare jgh dekha ki ice (snow) ki bhi requirement hoti h RMC bnane mai, pr aapke video mai khi bhi ice ka use nhi dikha. Kya aap bta skte h ki kha pe ice ka usage hota h ya nhi RMC bnane mai?
RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) plant par ice ka istemal thande concrete banane ke liye kiya jata hai. Concrete mein ice tab use hoti hai jab concrete mix ka temperature control mein rakhna hota hai, khas kar garmi ke mausam mein ya jab ambient temperature bahut zyada ho. Thanda concrete banane ke kai maqsad hote hain: 1. **Temperature Control:** Garmi ke karan concrete ka temperature bahut badh sakta hai, jo ki cement hydration process ko tezi se badhata hai. Isse concrete mein cracks aur durability issues aa sakte hain. 2. **Workability Improve Karne Ke Liye:** Thande concrete ki workability better hoti hai, jo ki handling aur placing ke dauran asan hota hai. 3. **Setting Time Control Karne Ke Liye:** Ice concrete ke setting time ko control karne mein madad karti hai, jis se concrete ko sahi tareeke se set hone ka waqt milta hai. 4. **High-Strength Concrete:** Kuch high-strength concrete mixes mein thanda temperature required hota hai taaki hydration sahi tareeke se ho aur final strength improve ho sake. Ice ka istemal mixing process ke dauran hota hai, jab aggregates aur water ke saath ice ko mix kiya jata hai taaki required temperature achieve ho sake ya fir pani mein ice ko milate hai.

GGBS ka full form "Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag" hota hai. Yeh ek type ka pozzolanic material hai jo cement industry mein istamal hota hai. GGBS ko blast furnace se nikli hui slag ko finely grind karke banaya jata hai. Yeh concrete ke durability ko badhata hai aur usko zyada strong banata hai. Iska istamal concrete structures mein kiya jata hai taaki unki life zyada ho aur environmental impact kam ho.
