Feb-March Drop Simpson Dairy’s Steers
I’ve done a little scratching on this channel. It appears that this guy is in Australia; he’s a livestock agent for Charles Stewart Livestock. Mr. Baxter, your channel includes an “About” tab. Just a few words about who you are, where you’re located, and what you do, would almost certainly increase business for you. Almost no one (other than me) will scratch to figure out where you’re located and what you’re trying to do with this channel.

Nice looking heifer's !! This is the way cattle are meant to look, not sway backed, their tail-head higher than their forehead. These are cattle with some grow in them. Enough stomach to make a living off of grass and grow up to be good stretchy cows. Not short squat, pot bellied cattle like some Breed Associations are pushing today.
They're absolutely beautiful cattle. They will be the perfect sized and they'll finish on grass. I think I'd put a smaller Swiss Simmental bull on them... maybe just a straight red Simmental. A good Simmental will finish on grass also, as long as they're not too big. Might have to go to Canada to get the right Simmental. In the late 60s/early 70s, when Simmentals were first being imported here, there were a lot of good Simmental cattle here but like so many other breeds, they've been nearly ruined. Might have to go to Canada to find a good Hereford also. Probably have to go to Canada to find the good Shorthorn also. Or, find where these came from and buy the heifers already made like these. These are dandies, for sure! They'll make nice moderate to smaller sized cows. If they'd end up maturing at ~1,000 lbs, that would be just peachy. I like Angus cattle also but many of today's Angus cows mature over 1,500 lbs... some at 1,700 lbs. A person needs fifty sections of land just to feed those things. If people want those huge cows, that's fine but they better also have three calves (triplets) (and be able to raise the three calves) to pay for the size of the cow. Give me a 900 or 1,000 lb cow; her steer calf will finish at 1,100 - 1,200 lbs, on grass, when using the correct breeds. Sell the beef as "grass-fed" and wha-la!
Where can i get a load of these kínd of heifers
