Hii 🤗 First of all: that is amazing, I hope you will have the best time ever !! So in general the showe situation is as you can see in this campus tour video: a room/hall in the hallway with a few showers, so separate from your (bed)room. However, at least in the building I was staying (Gerard), there were some floors where it was different: a bathroom between 2 rooms. So your room had its own bathroom that you share with your neighbors/room next to you. I hope this answers your question/makes the shower situation more clear! Please let me know if not or if you want me to go into details (or if you have other questions of course) 😊

Yes, you can !! 😄 EF offers different kinds of programs for different age groups, you can look up more info on the website or contact the EF office of you home country 😊 When I was at EF New York, the youngest student I’ve met was 13 years old (and the oldest above 50)! It’s safe to say that the average age is like 18, but there are people from all different ages.

I advice to contact the EF office of your homecountry: you can ask them anything freely and/or they can help you to get in touch with a student who is/was there to share their experience 😊 I’m sorry I can’t be of more help, but I hope this advice will bring you closer to answers!

Hi! Unfortunately I don’t know anything about EF Academy, nor the programs that they offer, as I went to the EF campus in Tarrytown. However, I do know that an exchange with EF is possible whenever! EF and EF Academy is the same organization, so this is something that can definitely be discussed! I would suggest to get into contact with the EF office of your homecountry to discuss all your doubts 😊

@@jayprates6407 oh that is tough as the campus is an hour from the city, but you’ll have a great time for sure !! I advice you to make a rough plan (so not too specific/strict!!!), like a list of things you really want to do/see in the city, but don’t forget to enjoy the time on campus !!! I also have a video where we do almost the whole city in one day, which is a good way to check off a lot of things quickly 😊

@@juttas8941 ik wil hier aan toevoegen dat ik zeker begrijp hoe spannend het is. Ik vertrok in september 2021 en ik weet nog zoo goed hoe ziek ik was op het vliegveld van de spanning, niet wetende hoe geweldige tijd ik tegemoet zou gaan. Ik kijk nog steeds elke dag met de grootste lach terug op deze tijd en ik heb nog contact met de vele internationale vrienden die ik daar heb gemaakt. Ik denk dat het helpt als je een beetje een beeld hebt van wat je more or less kan verwachten, dus kijk zeker mn videos like the campus tour or Q&A, en stel zeker je vragen! Als je t makkelijker vindt, mag je me ook dmen, mn insta is carolinacorijn 😊

Hi! Thanks 🤗 Depends on your age: if you’re 18 or above, you’re free to go and do whatever you want. If you’re 17, you’ll have a curfew at 11 pm. This means you can still go to the city, but you’ll have to be back in your building at 11 pm. I know that for 16 and younger the curfew is 10 pm, but I don’t exactly know the rules about going to other cities/states (maybe your parents need to give permission?). No matter your age tho: everyone can have an amazing time! I hope this answers your question :)
