@@HelloDocMode awesome thanks, the biggest questions I have regard the suspension and timing. For the suspension my car still has its factory air suspension but it doesn’t work, just wanted to ask if you yourself swapped out the suspension for coilovers and if so which coils did you use. And for the timing I know the the er27 is a two belt system, and the parts are hard to get. Wanted to ask where is the best place to buy them, if people still sell entire kits, or just any knowledge you have to acquire everything needed to do a timing job. Thanks again, love the videos you do. Their very informative and I’m so intrigued of the xt6 platform

@peterjarzab5123 so I'm actually making a video on timing belt change right now. As far as suspension goes i would recommend pulling the air struts out carefully and keeping all the parts. There are people out there that still want them and rebuild them. I personally have never rebuilt them but I know there are people out there skilled enough with the right equipment to do so. So definitely hang onto them and go on forums and see if people want them. Heck I may even be interested. As far as replacing them I have another xt that has had the conversion done. I think it was Bently, years ago that claimed that their engines run so smoothly you could balance a coin on it without it falling over. Then people started "balancing" coins on their other random engines by glueing the coin down.

It's supposed to show how balanced and stable the engine runs. Rolls royce recently did an ad where the balanced a coin on their motor.

You can use a razor blade or a scraper. They sell them at home depot, lowes, etc.

It depends on if it's fiberglass or metal. This fiberglass one was probably 300 pounds and manageable with myself and my brother
