@@DecepticonScout no T-Rex could see you even if you don’t move the reason the dinosaurs can’t see the humans if they don’t move is because of the gene splicing of frog DNA or frogs, can only see movement that in the novel, but it was taken literally in the film

I still don't understand how this part of the book has any involvement with the other characters or Jurassic Park? Is the baby on Isla Nublar or is it on the mainland of Costa Rica and compies ended up on the mainland somehow?
@@ThePrincessziah1 it’s on the mainland. This is at the beginning of the book where there’s a string of incidences where there are dinosaurs specifically the procompsaugnathus biting and attacking children and killing infants in their cribs which catches the attention of Alan grant in the book one of the major reasons why Dr. Grant and the kids need to get back to the control center and get the power working so that the phones with work was to call a supply ship that had baby Raptors on it they were heading to the mainland

I’m love the detail of the Red T-Rex! It’s book accurate and looks even more terrifying than the movie counterpart.
This is such a great scene and would have been a great addition to the movie! The characters sneaking by the sleeping T-rex and the surprise as it follows them into the water is bone-chilling! Originally, Stephen Spielberg wanted to film this scene, but technical issues with the T-rex animatronic and limited technology forced it to be cut. Could have been amazing if it worked out.
