    Thank you for the video. I just did this to refresh the pink in my hair and it looks great. One thing: I have had body art henna on my hair for years several times in the past. While you are correct that it does not come out (i tried with a stylist), 100% body art quality henna (the kind you mix up with water, the same they use for henna tattoos on skin) does not turn your hair green when you try to remove it. If it does, it wasn't pure henna, it was something else or had something else in it. I wish this myth would die or come with a disclaimer of correct information.

    I got my hair dyed "pink" but it actually looks more like rose gold mixed with different shades of pink. Should I use rose gold to even it out or just use extreme magenta? Thank you!

    I just tried rose gold, left it on for 25 mins and it’s not very colorful. Are you supposed to just rinse it out or shampoo & regular conditioner after?

    • @Lindseymariecolor

      Rose gold is very light, it’s not meant to be very pigmented :) you can shampoo it out or just rinse it as it’s conditioner

    Is it better to do this on dry or damp hair? I bought both the rose gold shampoo and conditioner. Looks like I will just buy the conditioner for now on.

    Ok I just tried this and sometimes the hair would come out from between the plates when I would drop out. Would this happen if I had the iron the wrong direction - like straight up & down as opposed to at a diagonal?

    • @Lindseymariecolor
      @Lindseymariecolor Рік тому

      It’s mostly just about practice, it could be the angle, or just not placing the hair far enough down on the iron

    You do your makeup first? Are you wearing a light coat of mascara to blend them like strip lashes? I'm following the directions but not getting any retentions

    • @Lindseymariecolor
      @Lindseymariecolor 3 роки тому

      I personally do my makeup first, but clean my lashes off a little. The bondage goes on like mascara which blends them in, but definitely don’t wear any mascara with them. Also let the glue dry for awhile before you seal it with glass

    I have discovered that I am definitely over blending and basically erasing my contour lines. But I don't know how to stop that from happening! How do I stop over blending but still blend out the harsh lines? Also, I have a very short forehead so I have always shied away from contouring my forehead. Should I still contour the sides of my forehead? I need to be coached haha.

      Use less pressure and blend up, like soft sweeping motions toward the top of your cheekbone, keep the line on the bottom sharp though! The detail brush helps apply a really straight line too!
