Then you get 15 minutes of free value and 45 minutes of a sales pitch...
But hey, that's just the name of the game.
If you do use a similar funnel, try to make the "free training" as valuable as possible. Give away the concept for free, then sell the tactics or accountability.
Use the "free training" as a sort of lead magnet.
People are good a sniffing out a sales pitch so be genuine.
