you are correct its unblockable meaning he can't block the attack so he would have to dodge it i know its a shocker to hear that you can dodge unblockables but don't worry when you play more games you will understand what words mean

One thing a lot of people mis-understand about sparking are the frames. Beerus Ultimate is Unblockable. That being said guarding isn't even an option for the opponent using whis. Also note that this guy who used beerus not only went into sparking but Proceeded to semi-combo the whis user, got him to vanish multiple times for more semi-combos which eventually baited the whis into attacking back, which means that whis is doing an animation... there's no way the whis user should be able to cancel his combo on start up that is completely hitting nothing fast enough. Beerus Ultimate should of hit because it was literally timed perfectly.
