My partner introduced me to 3 and Joey Eppard when we started dating in 2016. Instantly fell in love with their music, and at the time The Ghost You Gave to Me was only 5 years old. Hard to believe it's been 13 years now, but this song might be an all time favorite from Joey. Hauntingly beautiful in its lyrics and melodies.

The recorded version of this is so strong....the vocals seem way off...phrasing and timing. Billy is killing it...I love Ian, but certain songs have a flow and melody line that can't be messed with. 2:45 is pretty good, but for my favorite song on Electric...this was weak-ish. If I saw a cover band play this, I would be happy that they covered killer material. The performance is lacking. It is decent, just not something to get wound up about.

I bought in UK the Ciao Baby single CD in 1990 and it came with the wrong recording in it...bizarre!

Lov this song,my mate used to pick me up in his van song belting out driving along going to the pub good days.

A song, where you cannot tell the real difference, between the verse and the chorus. The whole song is D -C -B/G, there is nothing else. This makes even the shittiest pop music, sound inventive in comparison.

Congratulations to Ian Astbury for being the laziest live singer ever.

This song is an underrated piece of music and should have been placed along with Sun King in the top 200 easily. Ian Asbury is a talent and vocal legend.
