Overview of Nineworlds: Creatures and Monsters
Wait, did you have a London tour on your way back from Essen? 😛 The information is fascinating. I love how the game seems to follow the history/rhyme so well. And all the lovely photos make me want to spend more time in London than I am doing this year. :-)
At the same time as adding the Cutsoms Inspector also add the lower price tile to Location 12 (Old Bailey).
There is more information on the game here: www.medusagames.co.uk/orangesandlemons.php

Pnp? Or where to buy? Soloable as well?
Interesting how old muskets looks crude but at the same time very dangerous and no-nonsense.
I think this video will get at least 100000 views
Note that even at this late date, some armor was still used-like the breatsplates and morion helmets
Contrary to popular opinion gunpowder weapons haven't "destroyed" armor. But to offer decent amount of protection the armor needed to be so heavy & expensive that it eventually became impractical.
And this is how the world was made...
Nice, someone was there to film it. Don’t forget to praise the cameraman for getting so close to the action and nearly dying!
So brave of them to travel all the way to the 17th century just for us
Now perform it under fire😬
is there a way to assign areas for specific purposes?
Do you mean areas of the table/ boards?
the video quality really makes it feel like its the 17th century. beautiful uniforms though, nicely done
17th Century camcorders, especially those used by the Royalists, where notoriously poor quality. this was likely because of the American sanctions imposed after the Congress of Vienna.
The English voice really ties the musketeer Vibe together..
Yes, so many re-enactments of the English civil war make the mistake of casting American announcerscontentthat
What type of voice were you expecting for a reenactment of the *English* Civil War?
@@randomname1251 England is not the only place where people reenact the English Civil War, just as there are WWII reenactments outside of Europe and the Pacific, there can be English Civil War reenactments outside of England.
@@jaytea4093 Quite. I am in a group that does more or less that very display every year in Brisbane - or did up until Covid. Happy memories - except one year when I had a misfire, fun and games.
@@richardarcher7177 Ouch! What happened?
Great memories :) Thanks for the journey back.
Of course it was "civil", it was English.
Of course it was "civil", it was between two political factions within the same nation over which political system would be most beneficial to said nation. I'd like to see some jumped up boarder skirmish like the Triple Alliance or the Sino-Soviet Split be as civil as that. it's what differentiates our wars from the vulgar Global Conflicts and their new fangled Geneva Convention!.
@@hamishwhitehenderson5197 The English Civil Wars were not fought over which political system would be most beneficial to said nation, it was fought over Who would be dominant over the other, the Republican experiment that followed after The Second English Civil War was most likely unintentional and very much in the moment, and was not the intended outcome from the start. i.e. it was meant to have ended with ether, The Sovereign over The English Parliament, OR, The English Parliament over The Sovereign, instead it ended with an 11 year failed Republican experiment, which was far worse than what came before, and also its responsible for the relationship between England and the south of Ireland to this day. The First English Civil War concluded that, IF, The Parliamentarians could get The Sovereign to agree to their demands, which were quite fair to be frank, then it would be The English Parliament who would be dominant over The Sovereign, yet, The Sovereign did not agree to their demands, and so, another Civil War. The Second English Civil War concluded that, The Sovereign could not be trusted and had in fact, committed treason, against The Kingdom of England and The people of England, to which his sentence was not imprisonment nor life imprisonment, it was what everyone and anyone got if found guilty of committing treason, a Death sentence, back then it was beheading that was the punishment for treason, The English Crown was abolished just as soon as they'd beheaded Charles. The republic's existence was declared through, "An Act declaring England to be a Commonwealth", which was adopted by the Rump Parliament on 19 May 1649, to which then the Power in the early Commonwealth was vested primarily in The Parliament and a The Council of State, Charles II was then Crowned in Scotland and was also excepted as King in most of Ireland as well while some broke a way then created their own Republic in Ireland and because of that, fighting continued, in Ireland and Scotland, between the parliamentary forces and those opposed to them, as part of what is now generally referred to as the Third English Civil War, then conclusion was a victory for the parliamentary forces, and the once Three Kingdoms, (England, Scotland and Ireland), would not be Kingdoms again until the restoration in 1660, The English Civil Wars were part of the wider "Wars of The Three Kingdoms". So its not as cut and dry as, a war "between two political factions within the same nation over which political system would be most beneficial to said nation", and also, a "Civil War" is just a war between two political factions within the same nation over WHO will be in charge of said Nation/Country, its got very little to do with ANY political system, least of all, to do with which would be most beneficial to said Nation/Country. The English Civil Wars were less about English Republicanism vs English Monarchism, it was more about Scottish Absolutism vs English limited Monarchism, it just so happened to be that nether won in the end, and instead was ousted by English Republicanism, which then failed and only lasted 11 terrible and miserable years. If you don't know what The Council of State was, then read this. 👇 bcw-project.org/church-and-state/the-commonwealth/council-of-state Also this is a about The Wars of The Three Kingdoms. 👇 www.worldatlas.com/articles/what-was-the-war-of-the-three-kingdoms.html
England.... the only country to overthrow its monarchy and then reverse course and reinstall it.
Do you guys.. get the joke?
