Es una buena inversión si aguanta la afinación, aún usándolo como un Floyd Rose. Yo creo que si. Pero me quedan muchos interrogantes. En mi caso para una Gibson Firebird con puente u-matic como la LP. Venía con esos afinadores de motor horribles y ya se los cambié por unos kluson económicos. Sería el puente, más los nuevos afinadores de bloqueo, más esa cejuela del puente con rodamientos. Sumas y al final es casi una guitarra económica nueva...

Hey, is there a video of installing them? And I'm sure you'll have no idea, but do you know if there'd be any way to use these to replace the "LYWSMSK bridge" without serious modification (could you pretty please Google it n just look at the pictures to see what it looks like?)? It has a single backplate screwed into the guitar that each individual "bridge tuner piece" all screw into, whereas this looks like all the pieces have their own little individual backplate, but I dont know if that could possibly be removed n would then fit on the singular big backplate? Again, I assume you'll have no idea lol, but just asking in case you do! Hope that all makes sense n is clear lol

I wished you guys would offer the "smoothed" bridghes in Burnt chrome. THis bridge in Burnt Chrome and the one with the flat tail thats smoothed over in Burnt Chrome would be AMAZING!!!

I can't stand how in 2024 we still have to replace stock string trees. They're always that cheap looking stamped steal crap from the 50s. Thankfully Guyker has the cool round ones. I got some in chrome, and burnt chrome and trhey're nice small parts.

About a week ago I bought a Guyker half bridge for a Tele project. Thing was a massive piece of crap. Returned it, bought a [much more respected and slightly more expensive brand] instead. The price difference between a Guyker and something decent is, in the grand scheme, negligible. Don't skimp.

The 3 countersunk holes are for the screws. The other 4 holes are for if you have a string-through-body setup.

I upgraded my GeariT with bent nail tuners, bailing wire strings, a ratchet strap to reinforce the neck and an old radio shack microphone for a pickup. It sounds much better now! JK. They are not terrible after a couple of upgrades. Guyker is my go-to for a good portion of my upgrade parts.

how do you install the string lock on wood if it has a machine screw?

IF you have calipers or a rule of 64ths then you could measure the distance between where the string sits on the original saddles and the front or back edge of the bridge plate. Assuming it was correctly intonated and the strings you replaced the original strings with pull exactly the same so theres no difference in the neck relief. Ohh, of course theres that cheese city nut too probably. Which replacing with a solid material will make a bigger and better difference than that other stuff. But, if say you also go to a heavier gauge of strings than it was set up for you'll likely find the string getting hung up in the plastic nut. And likely to have to tighten the rod.

I got the combo package with the roller bridge and tailpiece with fine tuners. I'm getting a buzzing on the low E on the saddle. I tried different bridge and tailpiece heights but the buzzing is still there.

Man - SLOW DOWN!!! As someone who builds guitars, builds amps and has been playing for 50 years (!) I'm always interested to see a new guitar mod video but... this is just ridiculously TOO FAST!!!! Now, I can play country licks as fast as any picker out there but, when listening to a vid like this, I like to feel relaxed and enjoy listening to what the presenter has to say.... but the playback speed on this is... like listening to the T&C/Disclaimer at the end of TV/Radio adverts! This was not a neck reset!!. In reality, all that work was just causing trouble for the inevitable neck reset. Which will now need a bridge replacement and a complete fret job.

But how well do they work? How well do they keep tune?
