I doubt you opened 500 packs unless u bought over 200 with your own money because there’s a 0.05 percent chance of getting a heirloom each pack but when u have opened 499 packs, your next pack has a 100% chance of being heirloom shards
i spent way more than 200 and i have completed all the story events which give you packs, and i've been playing since day 1

I like using the sport wheels 99% except when it snows in gta than I switch to off road
