Dad tip, and what helps make a magical cup of coffee, trick I used when I made coffee for the guys at the Fire Department, (Ret Firefighter btw among 2 other) I'm told since I retired no one can make coffee as good as I did. So to help remove the bitter taste... Put a pinch of salt kosher salt is even better, just a pinch, you will not taste the salt I promise and if you do your pinch was too much. One tiny normal pinch can take on 12 cups and this works for a French press too, enjoy and you're welcome. Ps: once you get the pinch right whoever drinks your coffee will wonder why yours taste better. And don't worry it's not enough to drive up anyone's sodium levels.❤
