@noomoe Thank you for uploading this video. It has been the core of my practice sessions for the past 3 months. Initially, I did not understand how I could "improvise it" if the tab was right there, and the tab "has to be" followed like a canon (pun not intended). It was only after studying some basic music theory and acquiring semi-decent chart reading skills that it dawned on me. The 357 fret tab is too much of a stretch? that's fine - screw the tab - the sheet music tells it is a G major chord, play it somewhere else, or invert the triad, and voilà! Each bar also turns into an exercise of its own when played around the cycle of 4ths on all 12 keys. Thanks man! seriously.

Why do the music notes not make sense to me? I see the tabs, and I can play that fine. When I try to read the notes though… it’s all mumbo-jumbo.

It's painfully obvious the person that made this doesn't play the bass. Some of these fingering are impossible, and some of the choices of where to play notes are completely unnatural. I actually laughed at this. AND ITS IN C LOLOL People, is you are trying to learn to play please watch an actual person play an actual instrument, not a bad keyboard synthbass tabbed out by someone that doesn't play the real thing
