Make a list of IT companies in a city. Try to connect with people working in these companies, they might refer you. Tech Job literally needs someone who is actively passionate about finding solutions and learning. Believe it.

Yes eligible once you find a job offer from a company in Alberta who NAICS CODE is eligible too(that is the tough part/luck factor). I would suggest, have wfm job when moving to Alberta. It will be a good decision.

If this is your first job in the relevant job position, then wait for the probation period. If you already have experience of other companies too, then it will definitely be fine even within probation period. This is just an advice based answer, there are no rules for this, but I am sure you will get my point, be on the safe side.

I wrote an email to my company what I need in the letter like Job title, Company address, per hour salary, job duties, start date, if currently working, etc. I even provided them what my job duties are. Thats all.

@@naravloggs Alberta is asking for 3 documents from 1. Job offer 2. Reference Letter 3. Employer information letter I got 2 of these but not 3rd one, so any idea what you uploaded in 3rd ?

@canadianchoudhary Requirements were different in my time. But I think it should contain Employer Name, Address, phone, NCAIS Code, etc. All the 3 points were covered in just 1 letter (Reference Letter) when I applied.

If you login to your Alberta website, you will see your profile status. Dont reply on emails. Reply on live status of your application in your account

Hi, there could be different types of letters that companies provide but you could your employer to include specific things like :- Include Start date, full time, job duties, salary, position, NCAIS Code of Company, NOC Code of your position, try to think and include all these things. There are no hard and fast rules.

Didn’t you notice that while I was telling them how to fill each item I was also explaining about each item like explaining about the facts and documents, also this saves people time and answers a lot of their questions. That is where such videos becomes helpful.

Mandatorily get your work permit first, then apply for tech pathway after creating an IRCC Express Entry profile. Alberta wants that people are going to or are living here. Good luck! 🙏

@@naravloggs thanks, i got your point. but in my country even biometric process is too long . And also work permit will take 6 month. And in Canadian immigration website it was mentioned if you have valid job offer in Alberta and express entry profile then you can apply for pnp. But as you said If work permit is mandatory then i should first try to get work permit.

I am a good example of someone who moved from QC to Calgary. I got PR through this pnp program. Hope it answers your question

You can try to apply Permanent Residency using express entry. But this pnp program is only calid if you have a job offer in Canada

Yes you are. My case was also similar. Just make sure when you get your experience letter from your company, they should mention your company’s address as Alberta office address.

This is the main step that ensures your PR. Same step for me. After this step it took 5 months for my PR.

Yes very likely you are still eligible. However if you had an Alberta employer job offer your chances would increase. As long as you intend to live in Alberta you are eligible. I suggest apply. Create an express entry profile, make your primary occupation as the current one, and give your current Alberta residential address. There is no harm in applying. In my opinion, its very likely it will work for you.

In your case, you first need to be eligible for CEC express entry. If you are eligible, then with Alberta job offer in relevant field yes you can get nominated. Since you just study for 1 year and will get just 1 year of work permit, its better to find job in Alberta and gain 1 year experience to be eligible for CEC instead of trying to work in Ontario. Otherwise you should study for another year to get 3 year work permit.

For sure. Cyber Security specialist is eligible for Tech Pathway and in demand. It will be a good decision. Ontario Tech University is best for this program. You can study there then gain 1 year experience there, then move to Alberta once you apply and get job offer, finally you can apply for PR. CDI college in Alberta also provides this course but I would suggest Ontario Tech University which is best.

When you graduate you have to make sure that are you enough capable to work in IT field or not? Be honest with yourself. If you are sure then you can move to Alberta and start looking for jobs that are eligible to tech pathway. To be honest, no company easily hires a fresher in such fields, so better is to find job in IT work 1 year then move here and get a job in same field then apply. It totally depends on your analysed belief about yourself.
