Recipe: -2 ripened bananas -1 cup of peanut butter (or almond) -1/3 of organic maple syrup -1 eggy -2 cups of oats -1 tsp bakinh powder -1 tsp cinnamon -1 cup of chocolate chips Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 325 2. Mix all wet ingredients first then add dry ingredients after. 3. Once dry ingredients are added, mix all ingredients. 4. Fold in one cup of chocolate chips. 5. How beautiful, I would use scentsy light candles instead of fire candles.. better for the vent system.. the company that cleaned my vents and air ducts suggested to never use fire candles.. your place is beautiful🌷

Love your space! As far as a topper for your bed, I’d highly suggest a heating pad, as another person commented, and then I’ve also seen people go out and buy a memory foam mattress topper. I have a heated faux sheepskin pad that goes on my bed, and I found it specifically for massage tables when searching. You can buy those from any spa website exactly like where you naught all of your equipment. ✌️❤️

Thank you so much! Skincare for men is so important! I always like to start off people with three products first. Three isn't too much of an overwhelming number, so it starts people off on a great and simple routine. For men... a cleanser, exfoliant, and moisturizer would be an excellent start. Dermalogica's Special Cleansing Gel is a good cleanser that is suitable for all skin types (step 1). An awesome exfoliant would be Dermalogica's Daily Microfoliant (step 2). A good lightweight moisturizer that also contains SPF is Dermalogica's Prisma Protect (step 3). It's important to incorporate sunscreen into your everyday skincare routine. It reduces the risk of skin cancer, prevents the signs of aging, hyperpigmentation, inflammation, and the risk of sunburn.☺️
