I know coming back from a big break is scary but I've done it multiple times and it's worth it! I'd also love to have some healthy competition lol

how did you know what brokerage to go with? I’m getting my license in San Diego and want to try and find a brokerage that is a good fit for me

Does it matter what you drive as a real estate agent? And do you meet the buyer at the first home and then you drive them around to all the properties you will be showing them or can you make a video on that process ? And safety precautions?? I don’t know if I am over thinking it 😅 I am thinking of getting into this industry ,but i don’t have the best car ! I have 2009 Chevy Malibu 😅 I am young but I think i Can afford a new car, can you touch base on this topic ? We're also super low on inventory here in New York. I guess it's everywhere. Great content as usual! Btw I read the Compound Effect by Darren Hardy and it's a really great read. Basically he says small changes we make each day will eventually lead to big changes in the future. He gives some practical examples and i think you'll like it!

I love this kind of videos I just have a question how do ypu start as an agent when ypu just got ypur liscence is someone to guide you or show you or be with you when you first have a house i mean to train you and help you with all the process i will be scared been a brand new and dont know what to do or how to start from scratch. Thats the only thing that makes me think about this career.
