Ymir Fritz - Character Analysis | Attack on Titan | Random Entertainer
Ymir Fritz, One of the important characters from Attack On Titan has always been pretty much kept in the dark. Like not many people understand this character or even care about her because everything related to her is very confusing. Be it her personality, backstory, her ambitions and goals. Nothing seems normal. For example Even after all the suffering Karl Fritz gave her and after becoming so powerful she still came back to Karl Fritz to serve him and Karl treated her as just a weapon. Still she gave her life for him and even after dying still remained a slave of Karl's words and her entire life is full of stuff like this. Which brings a question to our minds that do all of that even serve any meaning or they're just ordinary plot devices. So the answer is yes. All those actions which she took in her life have very deep meaning and symbolism of Freedom and are not that hard to understand. You just need to think about it for a while and you may get an answer to that and everyone's interpretation of her life could vary person to person because her story is designed that way by the author. He had kept it very open and in this video I'll share with you my interpretation of Ymir Fritz, the first founding titan of the story. Which I believe is true and legit but again as I said all of that can vary individually. So you can share thoughts as well related to her in the comments. As of now let's understand Ymir Fritz in detail in this video.

    I compeletly agree with you. The reason erwin refused the serum is because he knew he’d lose the peak of his leadership qualities and strategist approach/drive once he finds the truth finally. Armin was solely driven by the only goal “victory for me and my friends”, while erwin had this as his 2nd biggest goal right besides “proving his father right”.

    Why everybody say that there wasn't a well near their neighborhood but only the mother of the protagonist confirm that. And what does the cat mean, he exists or not? Why someone should call Jongsu on the phone whitout telling him nothing? I've seen plenty. Like Neon Genesis, Berserk, Cowboy Bebop, Akira, Perfect Blue, Serial Lain Experiments, Ghost in the shell and plenty more and they all have very different genres but when it comes to Storytelling... Almost all of these are Very Serious, Dark, Open and possess symbolism of many things instead of just spoon feeding the information to the audience. Bebop could be the only exception here, they were open and had symbolism, it's just they were quite light hearted in comparison to others.

    3:14 This where I disagree with the art style. We had shows like Cowboy Bebop with its realistic design and OVAs like RoLW with Tolkien Fantasy touch to it. Shows like Lucky Man and Ranma 1 with Gag comedy, OVAs like Wicked City and Genocyborg with ultra realism and maturity, OVAs like Yokohama Kiadensha. Space Captain Tylor and many more. All of them having wildly different artstyle some like Bellodena of sadness are so unique that they deserve to have a category of their own Saying that it's all similar and the same is a very shallow opinion.

      I meant when you look in the entire era. It's just in the 90s different designs started to appear but before that in the 70s 80s they more or less looked the same. That's what I meant....

      @kami_OwO 10 днів тому

      @@randomentertainer4837 just look up Lucky Man vs Ninja Scroll vs GITS vs Great Teacher Onizuka vs sailor moon vs X. You'll see a set of whole different designs and art style. What you are referring to as dressing and art style here is the aliases and film grain look of the cel animation era. In the 80s we had Gundams and Macross which in the same genres had very different designs and not to mention the Patlabour and also Ranma 1/2. In 70s we had Osamu Dezaki's works like Ashita no Joe and Rose of Varsellina and various real robot shows, Lupin and also the Ballodena of Sadness. And for the 2nd one, Darius XIV, the former dictator of Persia, initially wanted to develop his desert kingdom into a prosperous nation. For this, he tasked Professor Abullah with creating a super-robot to transform the land. However, the United States of Thracia's intervention led to a disastrous war, and Darius’s peaceful ambitions were derailed. His plan shifted towards revenge after his country was devastated and his family was lost. This change fueled the creation of destructive robots like Pluto and Bora, orchestrated by the vengeful Professor Abullah

It could be due to that As Tenma didn't close the name and when the mother told the names, it was silent for us. So it could mean that the characters in the story wants to keep things up to themselves only and keep it private as they have already gone through a lot. They just wanna embrace the life which is in front of them. Without making any fuss about it. So this was my interpretation. Anybody can have a very different perspective than me. As the writer has kept things very open for interpretation. Sometimes creators do this so that their stories be in the audiences minds for a long time.

    the thing i really like about this series is the different perspectives and the different impact it had on different people reading it. For some people, its about a different ideology, some people have other views on the ending, the message, and even though the author meant the message in his own way, he wrote it with such complexity and beauty that it could have a different answer for different people, while being around the same experience

      I agree with your understanding of a monster, what you said in the video. People have different meanings for that too. There is one thing I dont understand though, being nameless, like what General Wolf experienced when he asked Johan how he felt, I dont want the answer presented to me right now, I wanna figure it out on my own when I'm older and in a better place and rewatch the series myself

      @@orange-dm8fxJohan escaped in the last episode, and what happened after that? And the twin's mother gave the real name; what was the real name? And what happened to Tenma?
