Most people use CRC brand throttle body cleaner so for those that do, don't use that same brand on your mass airflow sensor. use CRC's MAF cleaner or something specifically designed for it.

I have the maxima guys and it's in Limp Mode. High rpm but barely any acceleration. I changed solenoids, no change. Burning oil smell and whining noise. 😩🤦🏽‍♀️

Hey Joe! The only time I experience these hesitations in my 2011 Nissan Altima is after I've driven the car for a decent amount of time, especially after coming right off the highway. Is that common or might it be something else?

You were lucky it wasn't the garbage CVT. Sold a perfect looking 2010 Altima with 100% engine for 1G at 149K when the CVT went out. Worst decision ever to buy a Nissan. Never again.

My man goes hard. Not only is he smart. Not to mention bending the tooth brush with heat, but then at the end, he floors that puppy all up and down his street proving it was fixed! Nice video Joe!

My car runs good in the morning after start. Then the hesitation comes after driving for 10 mins. No check light. Anyone can guide me why it hesitates after 10 mins of driving?

Good video. I just wish you had showed video of the problem. I have a hesitation between 10-20 mph, not all the time but often. I was almost rear ended recently because acceleration stopped and I just crawled along at 10 mph until it kicked in. I will give the cleaning a try.

This is a great video, but it didn't take care of the problem. It turns out it was my air intake hose. It had a big tear. Replaced it and problem solved! I did clean the throttle body though. It was very gummed up. Looks shiny and new again!

One of the best shows of my life. So happy i went to this. Was at the Detroit show. Got cheap nosebleeds and happened to get to the venue super early. Grabbed my beer and took my seat, a few minutes later an usher asked me if i wanted a free upgrade. YES!! Took me down a service elevator deep into the bowels of the arena. Showed me to my seat right in front of the soundboard. Just a tremendous night.

Why does my car experience surges when idling? I recently had my ignition coils, spark plugs, and air filter replaced, and I've noticed a slight surging sensation, even though the RPM doesn't fluctuate. No codes

After cleaning the throttle body? Do you have to do the relearn test?

I will try this causes I checked evap purge valve , maf from 1998 Volvo s70 but no lucky.

I've owned a 2009 for 9 years and I don't think my air filter's ever been changed until today. My engine would hestitate once in a rare while when trying to accelerate from a complete stop, never going above 40. It's problematic when you're trying to merge after a right turn... The plastic intake hose leading up to the air filter box was also loose, so I just duct taped it. It was a little more loose than yours. I dont think that's a big deal if it's before the air filter, but the duct tape should prevent any excess dirt/dust coming in where it shouldn't.

LOL--- No, the gook is not why your Nissan is stalling in the middle of traffic. Chances are it's the Camshaft & Crankshaft Position Sensors (which should be changed at the same time). It's very common with these cars. This guy here-although I appreciate the time and effort he put into this video---doesn't seem to really understand a lot about being a technician-- maybe as a mechanic he is good. :)

Those who reject the free gift of salvation, see John 3:16 above, "perish", which means their sins are judged by God the Son and they suffer eternal separation from God and the family of God forever called the "second death". Revelation 21:8.
