I think a good cover version should make a song different from the original whilst retaining the key elements, and by that rationale this song is fantastic. It does something totally different from the original, which is kind of jaunty. I am not totally sure about this live version, but the studio track is fantastic.

If you enjoyed this project by Peter Wilson, you absolutely MUST check out his former band 'Booley'. Their release 'Bathroom Floor' from '99 is marvellous from second one to its very last! Promise!

I was at this show, it was in a pub in Norwich and there were about 12 people standing there watching about two feet away, it was amazing.

I've never heard of this man but I actually really like the way he performs the song! Kudos to him, not many people can pull it off!
