Adopt some barn cats (feral cats) and make them a home with straw and some food and water in a shed or private building. Usually when you adopt these barn cats they will be vaxed and fixed. That will be the end of your snake problem! I had a problem around the house and those cats took care of that quickly, they also kept the pesky squirrels away and no more moles/voles! Those cats are very efficient :)
