From my comment on your most recent video this bow is too dangerous to shoot anymore. And likely sad to say trash. Generally older bows are not worth fixing or cost prohibitive. Get yourself another used one normally you can find them fairly cheap
Again, I can’t thank you enough for providing a stranger with good information instead of making a joke or saying nothing. Just brought it to the shop, both cams slightly bent. Searching for parts now and will compare vs new if parts are even available. Thank you again 🙏🍻

Both cams warped, waiting on parts availability or it will be time to go shopping. 39.5 years never shooting archery. After 3 months, I’m hooked and now I need equipment. Thanks to you, my face didn’t get a harder second whack.
@@TheRealNickRobinson I shoot compound and recurve/long bows. I would look into getting a decent recurve bow. Less moving parts
This is the moment the bow started creaking. When it was essentially dry fired on this shot something broke or bent. If I had to guess one of the cams is now bent and rubbing on the string or cables wich will cause them to wear hard and fail prematurely

I’m extremely new to archery, this is my first bow and it is a hand me down. With that preface, I didn’t realize that was an issue until this comment. I learned so much from you taking the time to watch my video and comment about the creaking… I’m bringing it to my local archery shop tomorrow and it will not be shot until resolved and safe. Thank you so so much 🫶🫡

you should try to learn it rolling first. being stationary makes things easier but it will make it harder for you when you try and learn it rolling

Thanks man! I’ve been saying “I wish I still skated” every time I hear these kids outside practicing. My girlfriend got me this board over the last weekend and it’s my first time touching a skateboard in 20.5 years!
