Can I make a suggestion? Break this up into multiple smaller videos - the majority of the public is not going to follow this. Also, as you are explaining, show the actual motion you are talking about. I personally can't concentrate for this long just looking at someone talk without any action or examples.

Umm, no! First the good news. The equations are correct. The comment about narrow minimizing moment of inertia in the downswing is correct. And yes, that maximizes the angular velocity your body turn acquires. The rest is gibberish. Totally inappropriate use of actual physical concepts. BTW, I'm an engineer who does consulting in the golf industry. And wide-to-narrow is a favorite swing key of mine; I completely agree with it. But this explanation lacks scientific validity.

What help do you have for those of us who keep the lag too long.....the handle pullers.....my clubface never closes at the bottom and I hit a slice or even worse a shank. What do I need to do to get that club face square or even closing at the bottom of my swing arc? Thanks!
well explained but how should one try to improve hand flexability? my left wrist will only allow 90 deg. all the power drivers I observe achieve much more. do you release the fingers in the grip? ?
