This is my thought: We must protect our kids from the dangers of social media. This is not television. Many platforms are specifically designed to addict young users, using algorithms to serve up harmful content tailored to their interests. From cyber bullying to exposure to explicit material, the risks are real. Advertisers and influencers prey on impressionable young minds, promoting unhealthy body images and dangerous challenges. Parents must be vigilant, setting limits, monitoring activity, and having open conversations about online safety. But we also need stronger regulations and industry accountability to create a safer digital world for our children.
