Flaps give an aircraft lift and drag so it can still fly at low IAS. Spoilers on top let the aircraft descend without a nose down attitude making a descent without the IAS running away, they are also used to brake the IAS and to assist role control at low IAS

They deserve to go to prison. Definitely suspicious, and may have warranted a 911 call, but they can't go confront and try to detain him with a shotgun. It was trespass at the most since nothing was stolen. The cops and DA involved in the cover-up should be prosecuted as well, search Glynn County Police here on youtube, a bunch of officers were arrested a year before for covering something else up.
The deceased attacked the man who had the shot gun. He should have just kept running. He also struck the gun owner in the head. Somewhat reminds me of the Trayvon Martin case. Trayvon would not have been killed if he would have just kept going and not returned to confront George Zimmerman and try to take his gun. This man would not have been killed if he had just kept going, but he chose to swerve around the front of the truck, attack the man, and try to take his gun. Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall. Their pride wouldn't let them just keep going.
@@rrnabors1 the man who had a shotgun tailed, harassed, cornered a false imprisoned the deceased young man after another person assaulted him with their vehicle. They imprisoned him and he attempted to do what any falsely imprisoned human would do when somebody pulls a gun on them, fight for his life. 9,8 and 6 counts guilty for state criminal, 3, 3 and 2 for federal hate charges. Sorry your narrative did not play out in reality.

The people who chased and killed the deceased had no knowledge of a crime being committed, in fact the interviews, they indicated "that he must've done something" what a rock solid case they must've had against Mr Arbery 🤣.

Only once landing at Panama, the Captain (was a woman) used full flaps, it got my attention because during other flights to Panama that wasn't the case, does this have to do with landing weight? Temperature? Someone who might enlighten me?
Landing weight, wind direction, approach speed, Vref I believe are all factors in choosing degree of flaps for takeoff/landing. Makes me assume it’s mathematical and just calculated/planned as part of the flight plan but I’m not a pilot and maybe it is just up to captain’s discretion in the moment 🤷♂️ best I got sorry

Normal 757 landing flap setting is either 25 or 30
