Since I Fell For You – A Lenny Welch cover by Ron Balentine

Here is another offering from my archives.
I recorded this about 15 years ago. Probably the first Standard that I learned to play. More pop than jazz, I guess. I loved the 1965 Lenny Welch version. Sometimes I get obsessed with a song and I just have to take it apart to see what makes it great. Recording it helps me do that. I really have no business trying to sing a torch ballad like this but I did anyway.
