Yes Sparsh loves to drink water. You can cut nd add grapes in your baby’s water bottle. That way it becomes lil flavourful . Maybe then he would love to sip. It works bcz one of my mom friends does the same with her 1 year baby .

Hi. I think this issue is quite common in all the babies who are switching from milk to solids . I would suggest u to keep the consistency of the food liquidy so that it's easy to swallow. Also try to divert baby's mind by doing some activities. Like I sing or talk to my baby while feeding him. This actually helps. Nd the key point is that keep on trying. Nothing to worry. Thanks

Hi. There are ample of options available for 7 months old babies. You can give khichdi, oats porridge, suji halwa, ragi porridge, vegetable purees , moong dal soup. Just avoid giving any kind of fruit purees in dinner as it may lead to cough and cold. Hope that helps. 😊

As per my experience , 3 months old baby needs 90 ml of formula milk per feed and they need to be fed every 2 hours . So technically 10-12 times a day .
