Disappointed in car sales. Salesman took on a task on Tuesday for raptor truck and no response it’s Friday . So I scrape the truck wanted to look at explorer but they couldn’t sales it bc the title. They wasted my time I wouldn’t recommend Chapman Ford of Scottsdale. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Besides the salesman never kept me in the loop.

I have brought in my 2014 Ford Taurus for an oil change I gave the car with absolutely no problem running like new. I dropped it at the quick lane at 1 PM and also the associate did the walk around for the car and told me you could pick it up at the end of the day, and then they told me since I am walking I would have to pick it up tomorrow then I got dropped off home the next day at 3 PM. They called me and told me that the car is ready to pick I got dropped off at the dealership and I was ready to pick up the car and they give me the paperwork and the first thing I seen is the car having an oil pressure light on and I mentioned it to the guy and he took it in and topped off the fluid shortly after in the parking lot while the associate was bringing it back I seen that the car was parked was leaking a lot of coolant. I mentioned it to the guy and he said yeah the car is been leaking before we got it and then I went and tried talking to the manager because I bought in the car perfectly fine just to do an oil change. It came out with so many problems leaking oil shocks are leaking. It was just ridiculous. The car was perfectly fine. I asked to see the footage of the car being leaking before I got it they never said anything I tried speaking with the manager add Robert the manager and he was very rude. I have a recording of how he was talking to me and also tell me to leave and he will call the cops so disappointed of this place never coming back. I’m also filing a complaint case still trying to look for the big boss of that place I will do whatever it takes because it’s not fair and also it’s not fair to be treated like this. I have all the phone calls recorded and they keep changing stories and stories so I will try my best to put a stop to this.

I'm saddened to see that the industry I work in still has so many scam artists that try to rip you off. Service manager/not manager; depends if you call and it goes to voice-mail or not, has no desire to listen to the customers and doesn't have the ability to make a phone call after being told you'll hear from them. I was told one story about my vehicle one day and then a different story the next day. They're clearly trying to avoid warranty work to make a fraction more money, so I HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are good dealerships and private shops out there that do have people who are more concerned about helping the customer than they are their bottom line. Don't like being lied to and told to take someone at their word. You need evidence to make a diagnosis. Not just some joe shmoe in the back of the shop saying this is what he thinks. When I make a diagnosis, I have to have facts and evidence as to why I came to that determination, and it has to be more than "Well, I saw it with my eyeballs, and..." Get it together. Do better. Everyone already has a lot going on. Don't try to capitalize on people to turn an extra buck. Cause now you won't be getting any work from me. Could've had some, and now you get none.
