Down the line, we will build a large urban home pod free housing complex in SB, in LA, in SF, in SD, and all over the country and world eventually to provide sustainable, free housing for everyone. Within a few years, if you work on the ranch, you have free housing. Eventually, everyone will have free housing.

EVENTUALLY, we will build the prototype Urban Area Home Pods of the foundation on the ranch, with more compacted units, we will build a 300 unit complex. This will take a few years to get off the ground. Thus, we will establish the standard of free housing on the ranch first and foremost, and build the first urban home pod complex, which will be funded by the Foundation. Everyone can have free housing on the ranch EVENTUALLY, AFTER, and ONLY AFTER the complex is built with 300 home pods, funded by the foundation. This will be our prototype, then we will execute this at scale later. Again, everyone will have to adhere to the ranch rules. Execs, you can have a dedicated house with 2,500 sq ft, assuming you make a long term commitment and make it worth it for us inherently. Initially, execs will have their homes built and will be working overdrive with us getting everything established...everyone else lives downtown in SB until the home pod complex is built. After a few years we will have the partner complex built with home pods, which will provide free housing for all partners that WORK on the ranch. If you no longer work on the ranch, you're out. Bottom line. This is a business. This complex will simultaneously serve as our prototype for the foundations' urban homepods of the future, which we will execute at scale in all large urban and suburban areas eventually.

It's good. No bigger, if you want bigger, live in SB, not a big deal. Convenience or size, you choose. Execs only on the ranch. Everyone else lives downtown. With rules on the ranch. No litter. Fire pits only. Designated smoking areas, with very strict joint/cigarette disposal rules (we have to be careful of fires). We run a tight ship. But yes, execs yes. Noise and light pollution rules on the ranch as well. Sorry not sorry. I can front the capital to pay for it's construction, with you paying me back with no interest. We can negotiate. Execs can live on the ranch, if you have a long term commitment, otherwise it's not worth the time and money.
