Welcome to our channel! I'm Rose, and this is our mixtape.
Here you will find art prompts/challenges (weekly or bi-weekly), a space for frank but supportive discussions about mental health, and the use of creativity as self-care and a journey in personal healing.
Here we will embrace imperfection. We will focus on our growth as creative people, by discarding the idea of "I'm not good enough to do this," and instead adopting the mantra, "I'll be a better artist/writer/painter/seamstress/etc. once I finish this piece."
Here we will get messy and dirty, here we will find out more about ourselves, here we will give off squishy Bob Ross vibes at times, here we will infiltrate, pick-apart, dissect, deconstruct, re-shape, re-work, re-build, and heal.
Here you will find a place to make yourself.

You are loved and valued and deserve as much respect as anyone who doesn't live with mental illness.
