    One of the most important things that you can do to improve your health is to take part in physical activity assessments. The physical, mental, and emotional health can all be improved by doing this routine. Additionally, it may boost our confidence in social situations and when dealing with big crowds. Just like what we did in cha-cha. This activity allowed us to partner ourselves with someone and learn the steps accordingly. Additionally, it emphasizes achieving a healthy physical state of oneself. As a result of this activity, our body can do a variety of activities and receive needed exercise.

    Participating in physical activities improve people in different aspects. Just like what we did, when we participated in the Cha cha dance and making our own formation out of the steps that we already know, we improved in different aspects. First, building connections with groupmates. We are able to connect with one another by giving out ideas and constructing a great performance. Then, we improved our confidence. We are able to perform without any hesitation because we know that we can show our classmates what we have and we can also learn from what they can show through their dances. Lastly, we improved our moves in dancing Cha-cha. We are able to identify and apply the steps that we learned by creating our own version of it. The discussion is also effective. It is very informative and helpful for me as a student. Overall, the session was fun and ar the same time, informative.
