How do create headers for different pages in WORD 2003. For example, on my chapter pages ... no headers; on the next page, my name, the next page, the title of my book and so on ... throughout my manuscript. I am living in a real nightmare trying to create this! If you could help I'd appreciate it very much. I thank you in advance.

This video was great helpful in a pinch... However, can you assist me getting an already created document to do this without having to redo the entire publication? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!!

Thank you for posting this. It was very helpful. Except i was wondering how I could indicate the page numbers my items are on in the table of contents. I noticed in your document that it seemed to have the same number going down. I was hoping that I could show different page numbers.
