I just changed the remote battery because it showing low. I drove the car for about a week and then it started showing " key Not Detected". I tried all the other method. I guess I will go with yours.

Where I live it is colder than Alaska, and we get a fair bit of snow. Studs can be useful, where I live. However, they wear at an angle and become long and smooth. They become like skates, and need to be replaced before that occurs. The “squiggles” or sipes do grab the snow better. That is largely because of the compound that snow tires are made of. Regular tires become hard and offer poor traction below freezing. That is not the case with winter tires. The vents that run on an angle to the main treads do help to move snow and slush away, and improve traction. A good set of four top quality snow tires will run close to 1000$ with installation etc.🇨🇦

We have 2 Journeys. So far so good.’14, ‘15. So far so good,but my wife does have some peculiar fob problems. I should check into that. I hate replacing the battery on these cars though. Thanks!😊

Battery is good no flashlights but all other lights work windows won't work either and car won't push start

My battery is good, all power works fine, headlights, dash lights, everything works and has power and it will start if I jump it but it won’t start on it’s on. Would this be the fix for that?

Disappointed this fix didn't work for my 2018 Dodge Journey. Everthing works lights windows radio everything works when I try to start it the car just clicks .....you can hear the electronics doing something and seem to want to work but just a click and thats it. I installed this part onto the negative battery terminal but sadly was not the problem. So onward to the next trouble shooting fix.

Is it possible to bypass this sensor by just running a cable directly to the terminal?

This is so helpful. I am currently going through this with my 2014 Dodge journey and the dealership is saying it's the PCM and that's why it won't start or do anything.

Luckily second time this happened i did get the 5 press ignition thing to override and start so i wasn't stranded but that's no solution just a bandaid... I need a fix. I'm at my wits end with this issue but now Ifound this video- so thank you, thank you! At least now I have something to go to my auto shop with as they have no idea...ughhh

There could be 1000 different reason your dad's journey won't start. This is only the "proper f**king fix" if this is exactly what's wrong with your vehicle. 🇺🇸💪🏻👊🏻🤙🏼

Hey great video thank you. I have a 2014 journey that won't start. I have a quick question for you if you can reply id appreciate it. When I get into my journey everything lights up as normal. When I push the start button the light on the ignition goes to acc but then nothing, no start. Did you have that issue? Did your acc light up at all? Very fucking frustrating. Thank you
