I'm Belgian, there's nothing special to this 'country', it's rules and rules, taxes some of the highest of the world, an enormous deficit, politicians that don't know what they're talking about, corruption, two different ethnic groups and therefore languages, the one doing economically rather well and the other not at all. Enormous money transfers from the North to the South, politics implementing a 'cordon sanitaire' for what they call extreme left and extreme right. This 'country' is going down the drain. It won't exist in another 20-30 years.

This is one of the best and most accurate videos I have seen about Australia although there is no mention of Western Australia. Thanks for posting...It brought back some lovely memories for me. Born in the Riverina rice growing district of New South Wales I lived beside the Great Barrier Reef in far North Queensland's tropical rainforest area and in Victoria in a semi-arid agriculture and wine destination on the edge of the Outback. Holidays include all those places focused upon here, visiting Sydney, the Gold Coast, Kangaroo Island, the Outback and Uluru and regular trips to Melbourne to visit my daughter and grandchildren. I have been to every capital city including Canberra, our capital city and Darwin in the far Northern Territory. I have yet to go to Western Australia and Perth the capital city, although I am planning a tour there next year as well as returning to Uluru. I visited Uluru 50 years ago as a teenager and first felt the heartbeat that IS Australia echoing from the Rock. That heartbeat extends to all Australians both old and very new and gives us our sense of community that places such high importance on helping anyone who needs a leg up. The only other place I have felt the same sense of spirituality was at the Golden Temple in Amritsar in India a couple of years ago, where volunteers prepare 100,000 meals free meals every day. Although I enjoy travelling overseas, I do appreciate that we have rubbish bins to recycle rubbish in...and it is so bloody nice to come home, lay back and enjoy a decent cup of real nice coffee!
